Plain-language summary of what we collect and why.
When you submit the Request a Demo or Contact form we store the clinic name, your name, email, phone, and — if you provide them — city, number of doctors and branches, preferred demo date, preferred contact method and your message. We use these details only to respond to you and arrange your demo. We never sell this information.
Patient records, appointments, billing and other clinic data entered in the DantalClinic dashboard belong to your clinic. Workspace data is isolated per clinic with database-level row security and is only visible to your own signed-in team members and authorized platform administrators for support.
Sign-in is handled by our managed authentication provider. Passwords are never stored in DantalClinic application tables — account invitations let you set your own password through the secure provider flow.
We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and for remembering your active clinic in the dashboard. There are no advertising trackers on the product.
